PHYSIOTHERAPY

Most injuries, aches or pains can be quickly and effectively treated with physiotherapy. Our physiotherapy sessions combine manual therapy, joint mobilization, posture education, exercise prescription and other services to recovery all the symptoms.

We assess the muscles, joints and neural systems to ensure the underlying cause is identified and treated properly. You will be thoroughly assessed and your injury examined.

We will then discuss your diagnosis, your goals, likely outcomes,  time frame and give you ways you can help speed up your recovery at home.

We place huge emphasis on identifying and correcting the underlying cause of the problem and work towards preventing re-occurrence.

Initial Assessment & Treatment

Follow up

How it Works

  • When you come in for your session, the initial consultation will include a full assessment by the physio.

  • Getting to the root of the injury. Getting to the root of the injury is really important as we don't want to be treating only the symptoms.

  • Continuing with the session, our physio will then continue with hands-on treatment approaches. We do not use machines. All our treatment is done hands-on which constantly gives us optimum feedback for best results.

  • Our physiotherapist will usually suggest a range of suitable exercises and stretches to carry out at home in order to speed up the healing process. They may also offer practical advice concerning a patient's diet and lifestyle.

  • In addition to the above, a combination of the following what you can expect when you book a Physio session with us:

We at Body in Motion use stress & pain relieving treatment techniques that have been proven to work as early as the first session.
